Democrats in the United States: Midterms Near With Obama on the Road

The midterm elections will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in America. They will renew every seat in the US Congress: all 435 seats in the House of Representatives and a third of the seats in the Senate, along with various local offices.

Barack Obama is travelling to several key states to support Democratic candidates. He recently visited Ohio, Michigan and Georgia to rally voters behind his cause. Donald Trump, for his part, is continuing his campaign tour in Rock Hill, South Carolina, after making a series of appearances in several important states, including Ohio, Georgia, Michigan and Texas.

According to franceinfo — USA, nine in ten Americans say they are worried about corruption. They are particularly critical of Donald Trump for using his position as president for personal gain, which has tripled his wealth since the start of his term.

Democrats hope these midterms will let them not only retake the House of Representatives but potentially the Senate as well.
