Before you send a notice
Most of what appears on NAGO.TV alongside the charts and the highlights is not hosted here, and a notice sent to us cannot remove it. Reading this section first will usually get the result faster:
- Match highlights are published by each competition's own YouTube channel and play from YouTube. We embed and credit them. A video is removed by YouTube, not by us — although if you tell us, we will stop linking to it.
- Sleeve artwork beside the charts is loaded from Apple Music's and Deezer's servers. No copy is stored here.
- Chart posters are ours: our layout, our typography and our text, over a cropped and tinted background. If you own the underlying artwork and object to that use, write to us and we will replace the background on that record with a plain one — you do not need a formal notice for that, and we would rather hear from you.
- Live channels and stations are our transmissions.
Sending a notice
If you own a copyright, or are authorised to act for the owner, and you believe material on nago.tv infringes it, send a written notice containing all of the following. A notice missing any of these is not effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) and we may not be able to act on it.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the work you say is infringed.
- The exact URL or URLs on nago.tv where the material appears — enough for us to find it without searching.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

What we do next
We aim to acknowledge a complete notice within two business days, and to remove or disable the material promptly where the notice is valid. We will tell whoever posted it, if it was posted by someone, and pass on your notice.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district — or, if you are outside the United States, for any district in which we may be found. We may restore the material in ten to fourteen business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts or contributors who infringe repeatedly are removed.
Bad-faith notices
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
