Terms and conditions

Using the site
NAGO.TV is operated by ZIRC ART TECHNOLOGY. Using the site means accepting what is on this page. If you do not accept it, please do not use the site.
What is here
Four television channels, seven Nago FM radio stations, a programme guide, music charts, football highlights and editorial writing. Everything is free, and everything can be watched, listened to and read without an account.
Accounts
An account is optional. It exists to remember the songs you like, the channel and station you use most, and the prayer requests you have sent. Creating one means:
- Giving a real email address, because that is how you sign in and how a password reset reaches you.
- Keeping your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it.
- One account per person. Do not create one for somebody else, or on behalf of anyone under 13.
You can close your account whenever you like and we will delete it and everything attached to it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms, to abuse other people, or to attack the site — and where we can reasonably tell you why, we will.
What you may do
Watch, listen, read, and link to any page. Share a chart, a programme or a highlight using the share buttons — they exist for that. Quote our writing with a credit and a link.
What you may not do
- Capture, record, re-stream or redistribute any live channel or station.
- Embed our streams in another site or application, or point a player at the stream URLs directly.
- Scrape the site or its endpoints in bulk, or attempt to work around the stream signing.
- Copy the written programme descriptions, chart notes or editorial text wholesale onto another site.
- Use the site to break the law, or to harass anyone.
Things other people own
Sleeve artwork shown alongside the charts belongs to the labels and artists and is loaded from Apple Music's and Deezer's own servers. Match highlights are published by each competition's official YouTube channel and play from there — we link to them and credit them, and we do not host them. Station and channel marks belong to their owners. Everything else — the chart method and positions, the programme descriptions, the written notes, the page designs and the NAGO marks — is ours.
If you believe something here infringes your copyright, the DMCA page explains how to tell us.
Things you send us
A prayer request or a message sent through the site stays yours. By sending it you give us permission to store it, to read it, and — only if you tick the box asking for it — to publish it on the prayer wall under the first name you gave. You can ask us to take it down at any time and we will. We moderate before publishing and may decline anything.
The charts
Chart positions are our own count and our own editorial judgement, built from what the stations play and from public catalogue data. They are not an official industry chart and are not presented as one.
Availability
The site and the streams are provided as they are. Live television and radio go down sometimes: transmission fails, a provider has an outage, a rights window closes. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for loss arising from an interruption.
Links elsewhere
Where we link to another site — YouTube, Apple Music, Deezer, a station's own page — we do not control it and are not responsible for it.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in Queens County, New York, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.
Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
