On Thursday, Morocco's coach Mohamed Ouahbi announced the list of 29 players who will face Gabon and Lesotho for the qualifications to the CAN 2027. Among them, Younes Ebnoutalib is being sought after by both Germany and Morocco. On that same day, Jürgen Klopp also called on Ebnoutalib.
Ouahbi explained in his statements that there would be no favoritism for experienced players like Sofyan Amrabat who are not included in the list of 29.
Ebnoutalib's Choice
The player, aged 23 and currently at Frankfurt, has maintained his indecision regarding the choice between the two national teams until the official announcement.
