Risnold Noël represents Haiti in the U.S. Department of State's IVLP program

Risnold Noël, founder of Ayiti Gen Moun, represented Haiti at the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) organized by the U.S. Department of State. During this initiative, he met with officials and actors involved in gang violence prevention and supporting youth development. Noël returned with renewed motivation to continue his work for Haitian youth, stating: "This experience taught me a lot."
