Me Dominique Noël has filed an administrative appeal with the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) to challenge the decision not to certify him. According to his document, he claims to have learned via social media that he was on a list of non-certified magistrates following the operation carried out in September 2026. He also disputes the grounds cited by the CSPJ, which mention "a lack of professional and moral integrity." Me Noël is asking the CSPJ to provide him with all the evidence that led to this decision in order to guarantee his rights to a defense.
