The MPCE presents a budget of 364 billion for 112 projects

Minister Sandra Paulemon indicated that the MPCE aims to identify the obstacles hindering the execution of projects and to improve coordination between public institutions and international partners. She also mentioned the return online of a management module aimed at tracking funding.

However, several questions remain unanswered: what are the 112 projects concerned? Where are they being implemented? Which institutions manage them and what achievements have been made with the funds already disbursed?

In a country where the state of roads, schools, and hospitals remains critical, the population is waiting for concrete results from these massive funding. The MPCE must publish a complete list of projects, their respective budgets, responsible parties, and level of execution to ensure transparency.
