He spent his entire childhood in his hometown and completed his secondary education at the Collège de Petit-Goâve. He first sang in the Methodist assembly of the city, then gained attention at a contest organized by Duperval Lebrun, performing "All I Want" by Alan Cave. He later joined the group King Size with friends like Black Makak and Black King, and then became the singer of Pikliz, a local compas band.
From Port-au-Prince to France
In 2007, he moved to Port-au-Prince and collaborated with Safe Mizik. The same year, he performed at Musique en Folie, an event organized by Unibank, an experience that boosted his confidence. He then went through Bossa Combo and Sinik Mizik. In 2010, after the earthquake that struck Haiti, he married a French woman and moved to live in France.
The Voice of Steel Groove
A few years later, he joined Steel Groove. Admired by Réginald Cangé, he is often compared to him. Invited to the Dock Pullman by the band Klass, he sang alongside Pipo a hit from DP Express in front of more than 3,800 people. As a solo artist, he also explored reggae, notably with the song "Pouki," which he composed.
