The Ministry of Environment convened an Intersectoral Water Committee meeting on September 24th to improve water resource management coordination.

Representatives from DINEPA, UHM, MARNDR, CNIGS, and MPCE participated in discussions focused on establishing clear roles and responsibilities for the committee. The framework document guiding these efforts will be reviewed at a future session scheduled for October 15, 2026.
