They also addressed the possibility of expanding school cafeterias through enhanced cooperation with France. The two officials examined a scholarship program for Haitian students wishing to pursue studies in France.

Déméro proposed several areas where French support could be beneficial, including technical assistance to the National Agency for Higher Education and Scientific Research (ANESRS) as well as strengthening digital platforms at public departmental universities (UPD). These suggestions aim to address challenges related to Haiti's digital transformation.

The French Alliances, UPD, and Technical Higher Education Centers (CEST) were also mentioned as key players in strengthening educational cooperation between the two countries.
