"Regarding our projects, we have a range of services that will be available in the near future," Mr. CELESTING explained. These innovations will include the creation of a personal space on TCH’s website and a service allowing clients to order products online for international delivery through the company.

TCH also plans to enhance its offerings with a package tracking system and a dedicated service for sending official documents to various international destinations. These initiatives aim to facilitate communication between TCH and its clients, as well as to increase responsiveness in addressing client requests.

The company intends to strengthen its presence on Facebook and Instagram to share useful information and gather client recommendations to continuously improve its services. A WhatsApp link will also be added to the website to facilitate direct contact with clients both in Haiti and abroad.

Located at Clercine 2, Local Eucalyptus, E14, Traffic Cargo Haiti offers a full range of services from customs brokerage to advice on the tax classification of goods. The company works with various suppliers and carriers to ensure maritime and air shipments as needed.
