SEMANAH concludes Maritime Week

Activities took place from September 21 to 24 and brought together SEMANAH employees, contestants of the "Chante Lanmè" contest, as well as several guests. The theme of this first contest was "For a Sea of Peace and Opportunities," according to Vant Bèf Info.

From September 22 to 24, SEMANAH employees participated in training sessions on maritime law and navigation. They also discussed the rules governing the use of territorial waters, according to Chante Lanmè.

The General Director of SEMANAH, Patrick Norzéus, highlighted at the ceremony that efforts to strengthen the maritime sector will continue. He emphasized projects such as staff training and improving maritime services.

The final of the "Chante Lanmè" contest took place on Friday, September 25, crowning Sasha V. Duc Leger as the winner with a prize of 250,000 gourdes, a laptop, and a plaque of honor, according to Mederson Alcindor of SEMANAH.
