Espérance accuses Dorval of being involved in various controversial cases, including corruption and extortion against litigants. He mentions a formidable network led by Dorval that includes Junior Bonheur, Justin Marc, and Mario Delcy.
According to Espérance, these individuals are involved in cases of breach of trust and violation of litigants' rights. The former mayor Junior Bonheur is accused by Pierre Espérance of being a hitman operating at the behest of prosecutor Dorval.
"Documents will be transmitted to the competent authorities to establish the facts," Espérance stated, promising to advance the investigation into these serious allegations. He calls for the immediate replacement of Dorval to stop what he considers immoral judicial practices.
