The Superior Court of Audit and Administrative Litigation (CSCCA) has required that all public institutions submit an updated inventory of their real and personal property by October 31. This obligation is set forth in Article 95 of the general budget decree for the fiscal year 2026-2027, signed last September. According to Me Rogavil Boisguéné, president of the Court of Audit, this submission now conditions any examination of an audit request.
