The investigation revealed several violations: undeclared work, misuse of company assets, and forgery. The cash receipts from her business were deposited into her personal account without any accounting records or employment contract for an irregularly employed worker.
Absent from the hearing, M'Dallah admitted to the charges, claiming negligence. Her lawyer, Me Dedry, had requested exemption from being entered in the second section of her criminal record, but the court denied this request. This decision could have consequences for her mandate at the Assembly of Mayotte.
"Which is the whole issue," emphasized Me Dedry, considering an appeal against this judgment.
