Christa Pike escapes her execution in Tennessee

Christa Pike, 50 years old, was scheduled to be executed last Wednesday in Tennessee for the first time in over 200 years in that southern state. However, she survived the lethal injection protocol despite the governor of Tennessee refusing to grant her clemency.
