Investment projects executed at 46.8% in 2024-2025
The Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Disputes (CSCCA) revealed that the investment projects planned in the fiscal year 2024-2025 budget were only executed at 46.8%.

According to the CSCCA, the overall rate of execution of public spending was 84.3% for this fiscal period. The credits provided for in the second revised budget amounted to 317.7 billion gourdes, while actual expenditures reached 267.7 billion gourdes.
The gap between the initially planned credits and the actually incurred expenses amounts to 50 billion gourdes. This situation contributed to the return of a budget deficit in Haiti.
