The MICT specified that the legal deadline effectively expires on Thursday, October 15. The agents concerned therefore have until this date to resign and comply with the electoral rules in force.

Paul Antoine Bien-Aimé, Minister of the MICT, reiterated the legal obligation of these measures in a circular note signed on October 12. The ministry calls on all concerned agents to respect this deadline and insists on the need for a responsible approach.

MICT Instructions

The MICT also urges those interested to complete all required procedures within the prescribed time limits, emphasizing respect for republican institutions and the general interest. The ministry stresses that this process must be carried out diligently to ensure an electoral process that complies with the rules.
