Lula and Bolsonaro are competing in the first round of Brazil's presidential election
On October 4, Brazilians will vote in the first round of the presidential election. Left-wing President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, aged 80, is running for a fourth non-consecutive term against Flavio Bolsonaro, son of former president Jair Bolsonaro and an extreme right candidate at 45 years old.
