Required Documents for Registration
According to the newspaper, this text orders every hopeful to submit a signed letter containing their surname, given names, as well as their date and place of birth. The file must also include a valid unique national identification number, a phone contact, and a working email address. The latter will serve as the formal communication channel with the administration throughout the procedure. These items are in addition to the documents required by Article 153 of the Electoral Decree.
Unknowns Regarding the Ballot and Schedule
The fate reserved for these applicants on the ballots is not specified in the memo. Unlike traditional organizations, no draw was held to assign them an identifier. On August 19, the Provisional Electoral Council publicly granted a campaign number to 105 entities, including 88 parties and 17 groupings, opening their registration the very next day. For individual candidacies, the period dedicated to registration remains undetermined in the electoral schedules.
