Privert asserts that he wants to prevent Haiti from sliding into a failed state status, exposing the country to the risk of falling under tutelage. He emphasizes the importance of restoring security as a prerequisite for normal life and economic recovery.

The candidate presented his project called "Ayiti Transfòme," which aims at returning to democratic legitimacy, strengthening public institutions, and reviving national production. Privert highlights that his long experience in public administration prepares him to quickly make the necessary decisions to lead effectively.

Privert also lamented the prolonged absence of authorities with popular and constitutional legitimacy. He underscores his professional background, including his roles as director general of taxes, minister of the Interior, and president of the country.

However, he did not specify the financial means nor the precise timeline for implementing this strategy during the official presentation of his candidacy.
