The Haitian selection is thus preparing for their participation in the 2027 World Cup Women's Qualifiers in Brazil. The Grenadiers will face Australia in a second friendly match on October 13th in France.

Haiti gained four places to rank 84th in the latest FIFA world ranking, according to the Haitian Football Federation (FHF). This advancement is due to recent performances by the Grenadiers in the Concacaf Nations League.
Team Composition
Head coach Pia Sundhage has called up 25 players for these friendly matches, including Danique Ypema and Audrey François who are making their debuts. Amandine Pierre-Louis also joins the selection for both matches against Japan and Australia.
Upcoming Matches
Haiti will face Mexico in November in an official Concacaf Nations League match, where they were drawn against the United States in the quarter-finals. The Grenadiers have also included three players in the league's team of the month for September and October: Wilson Isidor, Danley Jean Jacques, and Alexandre Pierre.
