Deported and tied up in "the wrap" by ICE
France 24 investigated a controversial aspect of the deportation policy under the Trump administration, which involved transferring undocumented people to African countries with no ties to them. Karina Chabour, a journalist for France 24, met with some of those deported and reported that one of them was transported bound in a restraint system called "the wrap," preferred by ICE.
